MADISON – Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation President Brad Olson released the following statement regarding the Biden administration’s emergency fuel waiver to allow the sale of summer gasoline blends containing 15% ethanol (E15).
“Wisconsin farmers appreciate the Environmental Protection Agency granting an emergency waiver for the year-round sale of E15. The biofuels industry is part of our country’s energy independence plan. Ethanol is a sustainable solution for a safe, locally grown fuel source that can provide an additional revenue source for Wisconsin farmers.”
